Scheduling
Time is one of our most precious resources. I value the time you set aside for your appointment and the opportunity to support you. If your plans change, please give as much notice as possible so I can offer that time to another client.
Scheduling Your Service
Appointments are arranged in advance and are subject to availability. We’ll discuss your needs, location, visit length, and schedule, then confirm the agreed-upon services and price before work begins. Advance booking is encouraged for recurring visits, weekends, holidays, and travel dates.
Service Area and Travel
Based on Wilmington Island, I provide support in the Savannah area, nearby Islands and South Carolina. Please share the service address and any pickup or delivery locations when you inquire so I can confirm availability. Any applicable travel charges will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

Hourly appointments are billed in 15-minute increments after the minimum booking length. Organizing and downsizing prices cover one person’s work. The time reserved is a work session; completion of an entire space depends on the volume of belongings and the decisions involved.
Pet visit prices cover up to two household pets whose routine needs fit within the booked time, plus basic mail collection or plant watering when time allows, at no extra charge. Additional pets or more involved routines are quoted in advance.
A free consultation call helps us discuss your needs. Any longer planning session, home walkthrough, or pet meet-and-greet and its cost will be agreed upon before scheduling.
Create Time Monthly Plans
Reserve recurring time with someone who knows your preferences and routines. Monthly plans are available for organizing, in-person senior companionship, and À La Carte errands. Your plan can combine these services, with each service charged at its own discounted rate.

A mixed-service plan is priced from the agreed allocation of hours. For example, Essential with four organizing hours and four companionship hours costs $437 per month. If your service mix changes, we confirm the revised total before doing the work.

Plans include reserved appointment times, priority consideration for additional availability, and a brief monthly scheduling review. Availability is confirmed in advance; membership does not provide unlimited access or guaranteed last-minute appointments.
Plans are paid monthly in advance, with no separate enrollment fee. Service minimums still apply. Up to 25% of the plan’s hours may roll into the following month only. Additional hours are charged at the regular service rate unless you approve a revised plan. Discounts do not combine with other offers.
Home visits, pet visits, virtual check-ins, fixed-price projects, purchases, travel charges, holiday supplements, and cancellation fees are outside these hourly plans. Recurring home and pet visits can be arranged under a separate written visit schedule.
To stop a monthly plan, notify me before the next billing date. An unused prepaid balance will be reconciled against completed work and any applicable cancellation fees, with the remainder refunded. If I cannot provide a reserved appointment, its prepaid value remains available to reschedule or is refunded. The notice requirements in Cancellation and Rescheduling apply to individual appointments within a plan; a cancellation fee is not combined with forfeiture of the same appointment’s prepaid hours.
Organizing Packages
Organizing, Packing & Downsizing PackagesReserve a block of time for your home project.View package rates
Prefer a project package? Reserve 6 hours for $427.50 or 12 hours for $810. Sessions have a three-hour minimum, and packages are used within 90 days of purchase. Packages cover organizing, packing, unpacking, or downsizing assistance. Supplies and outside vendors are separate.
Package discounts cannot be combined with monthly plan discounts. Any unused prepaid balance is reconciled and refunded after completed work and applicable cancellation fees.
Travel and Additional Costs
Any separate costs or supplements are discussed and agreed upon before booking.

Groceries, storage products, packing supplies, parking, tools, and outside-provider charges are separate from service fees and require your agreement.
Shopping, waiting, and driving between task locations are part of the booked errand time. Any mileage charge or travel supplement is quoted separately before booking; ordinary travel to and from your appointment is not silently added to the hourly bill.
Please contact me to confirm your address is within my service area. Any longer visit, special request, or work outside the usual area is quoted before you commit.
Holiday, After-Hours & Rush RequestsSupplements and booking details.View supplements
Holiday visits carry a $5 supplement per home or pet visit and $5 per hour for eligible hourly work. Monthly-plan discounts apply to the base hourly rate only. These supplements apply on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The seven-day holiday cancellation notice applies only to appointments on these dates. Other weekends use the standard rate; after-hours or rush requests are quoted before booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

For regular appointments, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. For appointments designated as holiday bookings in your confirmation, please provide at least seven days’ notice.

The same fee applies whether the affected appointment is a regular or holiday booking. A replacement appointment is subject to availability. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time we set aside for one another.
A Clear Service Boundary
My role is to offer companionship, social connection, thoughtful check-ins, and appropriate non-medical everyday support.
To ensure clarity and comfort for everyone, my services do not include hands-on personal care, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, or transfers, nor medical tasks such as wound care, medication administration, or other skilled care. The specific support agreed upon will always be clearly defined in writing before services begin.
When requested, I can provide a factual visit update describing what I observed and what was completed. Medical assessments, diagnoses, and clinical recommendations remain outside the scope of Create Time for Life.
